1. Sacred Participation Agreement

CLN operates as a spiritually-based nonprofit ministry offering entheogenic ceremony and spiritual integration work. Participation in our events is voluntary and subject to alignment with our values, screening process, and community agreements.

You must be at least 21 years old to attend our ceremonies and must complete all required intake forms, waivers, and informed consent documentation.

CLN reserves the right to accept or deny any application for spiritual alignment, safety, or ethical reasons.

3. Donations and Contributions

All donations are final unless otherwise stated. Participation fees or contributions for retreats or events may be partially refundable, pending review. Refund policies will be clearly stated on each application or retreat page.

4. Health & Safety Disclosures

Participants are required to disclose medical conditions, medications, and psychological history honestly. Falsifying information may result in exclusion from ceremony or legal liability.

We reserve the right to refer individuals to other modalities or providers when we feel that participation may not be appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials—is the property of Conscious Living Network unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

6. Ceremony Disclaimer

Our entheogenic ceremonies are spiritual in nature and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. CLN facilitators do not diagnose or prescribe. Participation is at your own discretion and responsibility.

You agree that you understand the risks involved and will not hold CLN or its facilitators liable for any personal, psychological, emotional, or spiritual experiences or outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

CLN and its affiliates will not be held liable for any damages or harm arising from use of our website, resources, or participation in events, except where required by law.

8. Community Conduct

We ask that all participants engage with respect, non-judgment, and sacred responsibility. Breaches of community integrity may result in removal from events or future offerings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CLN is registered. All disputes will be subject to mediation or spiritual resolution processes before legal routes are pursued.
